Voting Location:
Find your voting location based on your address.
To Vote Early or Absentee:
If you are not available to vote on May 19th there are two ways to get your vote counted: Vote Early or Absentee, but you must complete and submit and application.
Pick up an application from the district clerk at Middletown Central Office at 223 Wisner Avenue during office hours or download your application:
- Application to Early Vote (English)
- Application to Early Vote (Spanish)
- Application to Vote Absentee (English)
- Application to Vote Absentee (Spanish)
Early Voting:
- Mailed Application must be received by the district clerk no later than May 12th
- Hand-Delivering must be received by the district clerk no later than 4pm on May 18th
Absentee Voting:
- Mailed Application must be received by the district clerk no later than May 12th
- Hand-Delivering must be received by the district clerk no later than 4pm on May 18th
IMPORTANT:
The "May 12" Mail-In Cutoff: If you are using the USPS to get your application to the clerk, you should aim to mail it by May 5 or 6 to ensure it is actually received by the 12th.
Ballots must be received no later than 5pm on May 19th. There are no exception to the 5pm rule, if your ballot arrives at 5:01 pm your vote will not be counted.
